Web Support request form

Registrating your ColorGATE product is necessary to get access to our websupport.

The following form allows creating a webticket and submitting your issue directly to our Technical Service Team. The form contains all necessary information so our team can help you as fast as possible. This is how it works:

  • Fill in the Web Support request form
  • Attaching files
    Files with a maximum size of 10 MB can be attached to the webticket. For larger files please use our FTP server.
  • Our Technical Service will answer via the webticket - of course you will be informed of any reply via email. Please don't reply to these emails but answer in the webticket directly.
  • You can manage your supper requests under Service Support / My Requests
  • With our webticket system we offer an individual dialog (no forum) with our Technical Service for quick solutions
